Buying Detail

How to buy

1. To place an order, send an e-mail to mynycoach@gmail.com with your full name, shipping address, contact number, product name and color. Price stated does not include shipping fee.
2. An e-mail will be sent to you to confirm the order.
3. Make payment (refer payment details below).
4. When your payment is verified, we will ship your order from New York, USA to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia which it will take about 2-3 weeks time.
5. Once we received your item we will ship it to you on the next business day via Skynet (read shipping details below).
6. For those who can not wait, please do not place an order to avoid any misunderstanding.

How to pay

1. We only deal in Ringgit Malaysia.
2. An e-mail contains payment detail will be sent to you.
3. At least 60% of deposit have to be made before we ship the item from New York.
4. Remaining payment has to be made within 3 days once we received the item in Kuala Lumpur.
